Product Description

All US steel machined in house at Fi.

The BL Series fills the gap between the all out SPL monster and a solid daily driver. Featuring a chamfered solid pole piece and standard double stack motor structure with 8.660" magnets as the foundation for a truly tough subwoofer, you can choose from a variety of options to custom tailor the sub for your exact application. With the addition of the hyper chamfer, or our patent pending heli-cooling channels along with the Daily option, you can bump up the subs thermal capacity for long term daily driving abuse. Looking for an ultra tough SPL sub? Choose the SPL option, one of the 8 layer aluminum flatwind voicecoils, add power, and let it rip. With head cracking upper bass and brutal low end, the BL handles the extremes with ease.

  1. Good Strong Subwoofer-Not your average Subwoofer-Best

Posted by Michael Werner on 27th May 2014

I had it for a few weeks not played much past half volume just so sub loosens up to be safe, box around 6.91 with 2 6" aero ports. Already starting to want to beat you up tuning is a little below 33Hz. I wondered how much lower it would of hit if had a little more Xmax, but so far it is a very impressive sub. I have it on a HiFonics Brz 2400 and Fi help me get the extra cooling, flat wound coil 2 ohm sub, Daily Universal option were used, it does not disappoint. One 18 seems hit harder then the 2 Kicker Comps I use to have in pickup port through, to me very accurate, I always figured you can turn bass down but if it is not there your out of luck, diffidently a sub above the rest. TY Fi for putting up with all my questions and their help.

  2. Fi stands for Fucking Insane

Posted by Anthony Gonzales on 7th Mar 2014

I recently purchased a BL18! I have always wanted a Fi subwoofer and finally got it. It was my first time ordering from them but it will definitely not be my last. It only took about 2 weeks to get my sub from the date I placed my order. Any questions I had I emailed and they got right back to me with the answer. This sub hits so fucking hard it's insane. Thank you Fi for making my car audio experience the best it's ever been!

  3. Sounds perfect!

Posted by Unknown on 11th Jan 2014

The sound quality is amazing, along with how load it is. I recommend the BL to anyone who wants a sub that sounds good and dumps hard.

  4. Slams!!!!

Posted by cody mccutcheon on 20th Oct 2013

My 18 slams! I love the sub it sounds amazing and is very clear! Fi is the way to slam!

  5. A wonderful product

Posted by zak massey on 6th Oct 2013

I'm running 2 of these monsters on 5k watts daily in an 8 cu/ft box and it really SLAMS. I am over the top impressed by these woofers and would recommend Fi to absolutely any and all people interested in car audio.

  6. Gets stupid low and loud

Posted by benson c on 5th Oct 2013

I have it in a box tuned @ 30hz and it gets stupid on the low notes of any song. Currently running off a fosgate 1200.1 @ 1ohm. Amazing subwoofer

  7. Gets stupid low and loud

Posted by benson c on 28th Sep 2013

I have it on a 1200.1 fosgate amp @ 1 ohms and it moves an insane amount of air. The sub is also stiff as hell too :).

  8. 143dB @29hz

Posted by Unknown on 29th Jul 2013

Fantastic subwoofer for the price and takes a complete beating all day.
7.5 cubic foot box tuned @35hz on 1000wRMS and recorded a 143.3dB @29hz on the dash with a TermLab in my Silverado.

    Absolutely brutal.

  9. Freaking Best Sub!

Posted by Bob Marley on 22nd Jul 2013

Only had it for about a week now and this thing moves! Things are breaking in my car and it's starting to rattle apart haha but I love it! I'm pushing it with a SQ 2200 and I know it could easily take much more. Still taking it easy on it since it's pretty much brand new and still pretty stiff, but man I can't wait to really push it hard!

  10. BL18

Incredible, all I expected and then some
